How long does a penetration test take?

ANSWER  It depends on several factors.

The amount of time it takes to conduct a penetration test through the platform depends on the number of systems, opened ports, and running services that are found within the tested network environment. On average, we have seen that the Agent could spend anywhere from 45 seconds to 3-4 minutes per system, depending on what's running. It really just depends.

For example, if you're testing a network that has no opened ports from where the Agent is scanning, then there are not really a lot of services that can be tested.
