Can I turn off exploits for certain systems?

ANSWER  No.

Currently, you cannot turn off or exclude any systems from exploitation. Since vPenTest is a penetration testing platform, all systems that you provide for the scope are within scope of being exploited. If you prefer to avoid exploitation on certain systems, we would highly recommend excluding them from the penetration test scope and including them in a vulnerability assessment.
