How long do you keep the data?

ANSWER  60 days.

Report and assessment data

By default, we retain data for 90 days after the reports are released in the portal. After 90 days, your report will be automatically purged from the database along with any associated data (e.g. assessments, raw data, etc.). Prior to the purging of your data, you will also receive an email notification letting you know that your report will be purged in the next 24 hours.

Scheduled assessments

We keep a copy of all scheduled assessments in the Scheduled tab. These get auto-purged after 60 days if the schedule is not used, modified or updated.
