vPenTest release notes: December 2, 2024

This release focuses on some enhancements and some fixes.

Enhancements

Vonahi-branded reports

Updated the default Name and Title in Assessment Project Team section on page 1 of Vonahi-branded reports with the following information:

  • Name: Alton Johnson

  • Title: Principal Security Consultant

Assessment Details

  • Cleaned up the tracker UI by hiding the Resume/Pause Assessment and Update Allowed Scanning Times buttons once the Cancel Assessment button is selected.

  • When an assessment is canceled, users will now see a clear Pending Delete label in the tracker for better clarity.

UI

  • Updated the title in the View Report pop-up for MME users to improve clarity

  • Updated View Install Agent Guide to View Agent Installation Guide in the Action drop-down menu on the Agents page

Fixes

Category Description
Adding Companies Fixed a bug that prevented users from creating new companies due to a drop-down menu in the company form failing to load data
Scheduling Wizard Fixed an issue where the Send calendar invitation checkbox was unresponsive in the Notification step. This feature now works as expected
Subscription Notification Email Fixed a timing issue so Monthly IP count email goes out after the IPs reset to provide more accurate subscription info.
UI Fixed a typo in the Edit Report Purge Date pop-up for MME users and swapped the Save and Cancel buttons for better usability
