Organization profile sorting fixed

An issue that caused an error when sorting by Start date or searching by Next Scheduled Date in the organization profile’s Scheduled tab, preventing users from viewing their assessments in the desired order, has been resolved. Now, sorting works smoothly for all roles, so you can quickly organize and find your scheduled assessments.

Improved help link in agent offline emails

Agent offline notification emails now link directly to the troubleshooting guide for offline agents.
