Enhancements

Updated design for integration setup pages

The Autotask, Dark Web ID, and VulScan integration setup pages have been redesigned to match the updated vPenTest interface.

Removed monthly carry-forward of assessments halted for excessive IPs

Assessments on a monthly schedule that halt because they exceed the IP allowance no longer restart in a later month. You now receive a notice and a grace period to increase their IP allowance, and the assessment resumes right away when they do. The grace period lasts up to seven days and ends no later than 10 days before the end of the month. If the allowance does not change in time, the halted assessment is removed.

Fixes

  • An issue that caused reports to be purged after the default 90-day retention period, overriding the custom auto-purge policy configured for the organization, has been fixed.
  • The comparison chart is no longer missing from reports when an organization's earlier assessments were a different type. The chart now compares assessments across types within the same category, internal or external, and appears when an organization has more than one assessment.
  • IP address validation when scheduling an assessment no longer stays pending with no feedback when the request times out.
  • Scheduled assessments no longer start after an MSP contract expires.
  • Reports now display a readable name reflecting the assessment type when viewed or downloaded.
  • Organization search in step 2 of the Autotask integration setup now searches all organizations rather than only the first batch, allowing partners with large organization lists to complete setup.
  • Email notifications are now successfully sent when a vulnerability scan failure halts an assessment.
  • PDF reports now generate reliably. Previously, some PDF reports failed to generate with a printing error.
