Data retention and purge options
NOTE We are not able to restore data that has been deleted from the app.
Report and assessment data
By default, we store the reports and assessment dashboard view for 90 days after the reports are released in the portal. After 90 days, your report will be automatically purged from the app along with any associated data (e.g. assessment view, raw data, etc.). You will receive an email to let you know that your report will be purged within 24 hours.
Scheduled Assessments
We keep a copy of all scheduled assessments in the Scheduled tab of the assessment page. These get auto-purged after 60 days if the schedule is not used, modified or updated, and there is no upcoming start date.
Options to manage data

Global Purge Policy: Modify the purge policy for all new assessments and reports for all companies to be kept longer than the 90 day default by going to Global Options and enabling the Auto-Purge Policy setting.
Enabling Apply to existing reports will retroactively apply the new retention policy to all completed assessments and reports.

Company Purge Policy: Modify the purge policy for all new assessments and reports for a single company. The default value is inherited by the Global Purge Policy. Go to the Company Profile and click on Edit Details. Under Additional Options, you can turn on the option to set a specific retention for that company.

Individual Report Purge Policy: Modify the automatic purge date of specific reports. Go to the Reports page, and you can see Auto-Purge Date of each completed report. The Auto-Purge Date is set based on the Global Purge Policy or the Company Purge Policy depending on what’s been enabled and set. You can click the Edit icon next to any of the dates and modify the auto-purge date of any individual report.

On-Demand Delete: On the Reports page, you can click the Action menu and delete specific Reports and Assessments on demand.
